Mastering Those Critical Numbers

This six week intensive course provides participants with the skills to prepare budgets, evaluate financial reports, and develop management reports. Each class will be devoted to mastering some critical aspect of finance and budgeting. While learning hands on how to prepare and analyze budgets and reports, participants will also learn how to distinguish between the critical numbers and the less important ones. At the end of this course participants will have greater confidence in dealing with numbers and will be able to participate meaningfully in any discussion concerning finance and budgets.
